Conditions for delivery and payment
The time taken for delivering the products, which is stated with each product, is approximate. When we receive your order, you will get information about the delivery of your order. Please order in time. It will in some cases be possible to receive delivery earlier than the approximate time of delivery. However, this will require extra payment.
If the product is to be printed with a logo not included in the original design of the Mobility Week, we will need a vectorized digital original from you. If you do not have one of these our design studio will be able to help you with the manufacturing of it. You pay 95 Euro/h for original and studio work. We would also need information about PMS-colour number (Pantone) and, when appropriate, typeface and logo manual.
Smaller divergences in quantity may occur with logo marked products. If the divergence is big it will say in the information about the product. The delivered amount will be invoiced.
VAT and transport price will be added to the price. Remember your VAT number when ordering.
Conditions for payment is 10 days net if nothing else has been decided, alternatively advance payment.
If you are new as a costumer of ours a credit trial may be carried out. We reserve the right to reject credit payment without justification.
Please be aware of the possibility of a product being sold out, partly or totally, occasionally or permanently.
